I really loved how central this place was! I walked to all the main attractions. The room had plenty of space plus it was really clean. Reception folks were so helpful.
The hot water ran out quite quickly one morning. I had to wait a bit for it to heat up again. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a bit inconvenient.

My room included a mini-fridge and a microwave and that was super convenient. The beds were really comfortable. I slept so well every night. Plus, there were extra pillows in the closet, I used them all!

The location was very central and close to metro stations! the staff were ALL very friendly. The room was spacious. We had a free upgrade to our room. WHICH we were very grateful for.
The fire alarm WENT off at 6am, and our room was right next to the alarm so my whole family did not sleep well. The hotel has a club underneath, so lots of noise came from the courtyard.

The front desk team was super helpful, addressing my questions quickly and efficiently. Staff members walked me to my apartment to ensure i was happy with the accommodations. Antoine looked after all my needs with great attention.

Breakfast was amazing and brought to my room by a very friendly lady. The presentation was excellent. High-end coffee and espresso makers were available, providing quality beverages. I found both coffee and tea in the room.
